[Ethereal-users] Can't see outgoing traffic for PPP in Win98

When capturing a ppp interface on win98, ethereal doesn't capture outbound
packets.  For instance, I can look at a tcp stream of a webpage, but I
can't see the request (GET) for it.  Any ideas?
