[Ethereal-users] WLAN cards and Ethereal

We are converting (most of) our network to Wireless 802.11b. I'm testing it
on my laptop at the moment and I noticed that when I started Ethereal I only
could see my own traffic. Ok, that is the way it works I thought until I saw
that I only saw the traffic with my PC as destination. I tested with two
cards/drivers, one from Lucent (Orinoco) and one from AmbiCom and they
behaved the same.

I could notfind eny settings that could help me and the distributors of the
cards did not have an answer to me so I ask you guys if you have experience
with this or know if I can see at least my traffic in both directions and is
it possible to see other traffic (promiscous mode) at all?
