Hi.
WinPcap 2.02 has some problems with W2k.
WinPcap 2.1beta should be better.
However 2.1beta does not show anything in the network properties.

Did you uninstall properly 2.02?
Did you check the date of files "packet.dll, packet.sys, wpcap.dll"?
