Ethereal-users: February 2001

Hello,

I am using for the first time Ethereal 0.8.14 on Linux Red Hat 6.2.
It is really a very good tool.
Actually, I am trying to use it to decode MGCP protocol exchanges but
I get only UDP frames.

Following the doc, a plugin is available for MGCP but I do not see it
in the Ethereal menu (Tools->Plugins): The cannevas is empty.

The plugin has been installed in /usr/local/lib/ethereal/plugins/0.8.14 ..
and following the doc, ethereal tries to search plugins in the directories:
/usr/share/ethereal/plugins, /usr/local/share/ethereal/plugins.

So I create some symbolic links but it still does not work.

What do you suggest ?

Thanks for your help.

Rgds,
