It works on Linux now. This weekend I will test if all is well on 
Windows and I will upload it on http://voice2sniff.org/ first 
thing next monday morning (CET = UTC + 1:00)

If it works on Linux it should also work on any platform with the 
GNU C++ compiler. But I can't guarentee this, because I have 
absolutely NO access to such a machine.
