[Ethereal-users] ethereal on SGI

I have built ethereal 0.8.13 on an SGI with Irix 6.5.9
(and libpcap 0.5.2), it reads perfectly the files generated
by snoop, but it doesn't want to read directly from the ef0
interface, the error message is :

The capture session could not be initiated (SIOCSNOOPLEN:
Invalid argument). Please check to make sure you have
sufficient permissions, and that you have the proper
interface or pipe specified.

Is this a known problem ?
