[Ethereal-users] Want to download ethereal

I am in need of downloading and configuring ethereal.  I am not able to
access the FTP folders for this.  The other question is which package should
I download that is close to user friendly ready.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.  Phone support would be as bonus.
