The Win32 download page for Ethereal at

has a link to the home site for the Win32 GTK+/GLib, which is at

	http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/

and the DLLs you need can be downloaded from there, and it also has a
link to a copy of a Zip file containing the GLib+ and GTK DLLs in
question (which may be more convenient than getting them from the Win32
GTK+/GLib site).
