Where did you find it? It's not listed on 
[http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/rpms/], only the source package is.

Suvitha Balu, run the following commands:

  rpmbuild --rebuild ethereal-0.99.0-1.src.rpm
  rpm -ivh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/ethereal-0.99.0-1.i386.rpm
