Recent versions don't. And I haven't had time to go back through the
WinPcap archives to find the last one that did.

I also have a PCCard Token Ring in my XP laptop, and WinPcap crashes if
I try to capture in promiscuous mode. And again I haven't had time to
find the last one that didn't crash.
