[Ethereal-dev] Changing the Preference dialog

Hello list,

While running the risk of having my head chewed off, I've completed a long
overdue change. I've moved some items from the Preference dialog User
Interface page to the Layout page. All this in order to reduce the height
of the Preference dialog which, on lower resolution displays, became
inhibitantly tall.

Once the dialog stablizes again we can update the user manual as well.
