Fixed.  Some of the shiny new features of GetVersionEx() either can't be 
built with older versions of the SDK, or require you to do some extra 
voodoo to use them (and you also need the new OSVERSIONINFOEX structure 
- and you have to check whether an attempt to get that succeeds, as 
it'll fail on older versions of Windows).
