[Ethereal-dev] svn diff

Since switching to svn I've had problems with "svn diff".
The built-in diff tool doesn't accept '-u' option to ignore whitespace
changes. My editor fortunately strips trailing spaces from lines.
Not all editors are so well behaved.

So is it possible to use an external diff? Or preferably could the
trailing spaces be stripped by who-ever checks files in.
