Title: "Copy to CSV" functionality for GTK 1.2 in the Hostlist/Conversations windows

Hi List,

This patch implements copy to CSV functionality for GTK 1.2 in the Hostlist/Conversations windows. Currently, only GTK 2 and above are supported. Additionally, I replaced the strcat() calls with g_string_append() in conversations_table.c.
