The version of ViewCVS we were running apparently didn't handle renames
properly.  The file "endpoint_talkers.c" was renamed to
"conversations_table.c" in revision 11439.  The URL below is invalid
since "conversations_table.c" didn't exist in revision 11400.

I upgraded ViewCVS, and the log page for "conversations_table.c" now
reflects the name change.
