I've using the "Note!" text for most of the notes. Some of the latest 
notes I've added, I replaced the "Note!" text with some short 
descriptive words, where appropriate. But I have doubts if this was a 
good idea at all.
I might change this back to all "Note!" after the next release.

I think the time has come to release the version 2.00 now. I will put 
the updated versions on my webpage, and ask Gerald if he likes to put 
the release on the official page.

Thanks for your effort making the guide better conforming to the 
"english grammar guidelines" :-)
