The entry point of ranap dissector is called:
static void dissect_ranap(tvbuff_t *tvb, packet_info *pinfo, proto_tree
*tree)

It is called when ethereal stack of protocol detected that frame containes a
ranap header.
See function : void proto_reg_handoff_ranap(void) to understand after with
sub-dissector you can
branch into ranap dissector.
