The smpp.(src|dest)_address fields ***may*** contain an E.164 address without leading "+" ***if*** the corrensponding smpp.(src|dest)_address_npi says so! Of course, an international address requires the corresponding smpp.(src|dest)_address_npi having the value 01 (International). Currently the SMPP dissector does not distinguish (yet) between the different address types, but it may do so in the future.
