[Ethereal-dev] Problems with Ethereal under Windows and -i <dev num> etc

Hi,

It seems that Ethereal and tethereal under Windows do not use the same 
code for accessing the capture device.

If I use 

	C:\progra~1\Ethereal\tethereal -i1

Everything works fine and it starts capturing.

However, if I use:

	C:\progra~1\Ethereal\ethereal -i1 -k

I get an error dialog box that says:

  blah blah; Error opening adapter blah blah ...

Does anyone know what might be going wrong? I still have not set up my 
Windows build enviornment, so I can't test it.
