Checked in, with some the "tvb_bytes_exist()" check in the FC reassembly
code restored (you can't reassemble if you don't have all the data),
ETHERTYPE_OSI removed (it's just a Cisco HDLC type, so it's in
chdlctypes.h as CHDLCTYPE_OSI), and the duplicate ETHERTYPE_BRDWALK
entry removed.
