[Ethereal-dev] Bunch of fixes for FC & SCSI decoders

Hi,

I'm attaching a gzipped patch file containing a bunch of fixes. The main fixes
are:

- packet-fc.c: The reassembly code was incorrect.
- packet-fcswils.c: Better display of link state records & descriptors so as to
                    improve readability & reduce the need to expand tree to
                    find useful information. Also handle older versions of
                    SW_RSCN. 
- packet-scsi.[ch]: Incorrect saving of device type from Inquiry command caused
                    incorrect decoding of subsequent frames. Report Luns
                    response was not correctly handled.
- etypes.h: Added another ethertype that is used internally in Cisco's MDS
            switches.
