[Ethereal-dev] New protocol WBXML

Hi all,

Please find a first attempt at WBXML content decoding. Currently only WBXML
header decoding is supported.

Add packet-wbxml.c and packet-wbxml.h to Makefile.am.
Apply the following patch to packet-wsp.c:
