I seem unable to build either 0.9.7 or the latest CVS on Win32 due to a
problem with Winsock.h / winsock.2 clashes.  The errors are shown in
gtk/capture_dlg, capture_prefs and main.

I'm using MS VC6 with the Platform SDK installed.

I presume that something (Net-SNMP ??) is loading winsock.h before
winsock2.h, but I can't figure it out yet.
