(I don't have nfs.capture but ./ethereal -z rpc,rtt,100003,3 seems to
produce some warnings).

It seems that there are no warnings when opening the stat window with
the menu. I think these warning appear because when you use the command
line options, the stat window is opened before ethereal's main window is
created. Can you try opening it after create_main_window() has been
called ?
