Hi list.
If anyone on the list is familiar with GTK programming and have some time to
spare I would like some help.
I know only as much about GTK as spending 5 minutes using the online API
reference allows and I dont want
to spend too much time learning a GUI widgetset unless I have to.
As little as possible but enough to get the job done is my melody.
The problem is:
Recently something has changed in ethereal so that my GUI extensions such as
the RPC-STAT GUI extension
has started to spew lots of GTK warnings when the RPC-STAT (and the other
ones as well I guess) extension is invoked.
It still works but all these warnings look untidy and probably indicate
something is very wrong with the code.
I would be a very happy camper if someone could explain what is missing from
teh implementation of rpc_stat.c that causes these warnings to appear.
To reproduce I just do ./ethereal -n -r nfs.capture -z rpc,rtt,100003,3
and the warnings are legio.
thanks
