[Ethereal-dev] It works!

I finally got it built and tested under windows, and it works great!  I found
some uint bugs in the diameter dissector, and some library naming problems
in xmlstub, but that was about it.

I'm attaching the entire files, since that last patch was a little ugly.  I'm
gzipping them to conserve bandwidth.

BTW - I know I haven't said it enough . . building under windows BLOWS.  Thank
God I had cygwin installed to do little things like run yacc and flex . . .
