Just as a thought - why not have ethereal maintain this information
internally - and available from the gui. I.e. a
proto_register_doc(proto_*, ptr_to_doc_list_array). That seems much more
useful than just a source comment.

Then, a dialog in ethereal listing the protocols, and URL's/etc. to
documentation, resources, descriptions, etc. of those protocols.
