Hi all,

One important thing not to forget in WSP is the WSP Encoding Version, found
in the related WSP header Encoding-Version.  Over time there have been
several WSP encoding versions, which had the resulting effect to assign a
new 7-bit header encoding to the same header when the semantics or value
encoding of this header changed between 2 encodings.  This is also the
reason why some header encodings are deprecated when using a given header
encoding version.
