[Ethereal-dev] .res file from .rc in Windows 2000

Hi

I am compiling ethereal-0.8.18 on Windows 2000 Professional.

I am using "nmake /f Makefile.nmake"

However, I am facing problems in the following line in Makefile.nmake :
RESOURCES=image\ethereal.res image\tethereal.res image\editcap.res

How does ".rc" in ".\image" directory get converted to ".res" files ??
I dont see any rule for this in "Makefile.nmake".
Is there any default rule for this conversion in "nmake" ?
