Hi,

I have built the latest Ethereal User's Guide as a PDF.

While it produces 214 pages, it is not of high quality, mainly because 
the default style sheets are crap ...

With a bit of stylesheet work (pulled from some other documentation I am 
doing), I can improve it a bit, but it may be several days before I can 
get to it.
