Hello,

Attached is a update PGM dissector with the following changes:

    1) Added support for PGM Congestion control which is used 
	   in the latest release of Talarian's SmartPGM product.
	   You can find the IETF draft at:
	   http://search.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-rmt-bb-pgmcc-00.txt

    2) Added code to handle sub-dissector in a more intelligent way.

	3) Minor bug fixes and display format changes.

I've also developed a plug-in that dissects packet from Talarian's 
SmartPGM FX file mulicast product. Since its a non-published protocol
and never will be published, I wasn't sure if your interested in
adding to your CVS tree. If you are, please let me know...
