Yes, CVS access (to non-anonymous CVS) seemed slow last night as well.

I didn't do any traceroutes to see if there was an obvious place where
there was a networking problem, and didn't log onto cvs.ethereal.com to
see if it was overloaded, so I don't know why that was happening.
