I just reversed the changes in the RPC sub-dissectors (bootparam, nlm, mount,
and portmap). The RPC layer itself can now handle all the enable/disable stuff.
The other RPC sub-dissecotors (nfs, stat, ypbind, ypserv, ypxfr) were not 
changed at all, so there is nothing to reverse.
