[ethereal-dev] Added support for CSIDS IPLog format.

I have commited the changes to wiretap to allow it to read CSIDS IPLog
format. I will put some sample files up later and send out the URL's. 

CSIDS is the Cisco Secure Intrusion Detection System IPLog format. The
IDS can be configured to log interesting information and now ethereal can
read it!
