[ethereal-dev] libpcap for Win32 is out

Hi all,
this is to announce the release of an almost complete porting of libpcap
for Win32. The current version supports BPF filters and is targeted to
run on Win NT. Support for Win95/98 (almost straightforward) has to be
added. In order to test the library a simple application based on
pcapture has been released.

The files/diffs (other than those that are part of libpcap) that make up
libpcap/Win32 have been written by myself and are distributed under the
GNU GPL.
