I saw 'ntop' on freshmeat today. The US mirror is at
http://www.wilmcd.com/ntop/

It claims to use libpcap on Unix and Windows. I've looked at the source
a bit, and it appears to be using libpcap as compiled under cygwin. That would
be an exciting development for Ethereal.

I put the source tar file at
http://verdict.uthscsa.edu/gram/ntop-1.1-src.tar.gz
since the mirror's ftp server was busy.

Can someone confirm/deny how they're using libpcap?

I'm e-mailing the authors, too.
