[ethereal-dev] changes to packet-smb.c and packet-ncp.c

The sun compiler chokes hard on default labels with no code between the label and the end of the switch statement.  This problem was seen in packet-ncp.c and packet-smb.c.  The diffs below are against version 0.6.3.  I won't promise that the spacing of each line is correct due to having to re-type diff output.
