[Ethereal-announce] Win32 Ethereal 0.9.3 binaries

The Win32 Ethereal 0.9.3 binaries are _finally_ available, after
a long, long delay.

They're at the usual URL:

http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/ethereal-setup-0.9.3.exe

These still come with the older GTK-for-Win32 libraries; no work has yet
been done to use the new GTK binaries available for Win32.

I had to compile my own Zlib 1.1.4 binaries to get this to work. If you
need those because you make your own build of Win32 Ethereal, the zlib
binaries and header files are at:

http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/development/zlib-114-dev.zip

And the sources are at www.zlib.org and:

http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/development/zlib-1.1.4.tar.gz
