[Ethereal-announce] Re-release of Ethereal 0.9.0 binaries for Win32

The Ethereal 0.9.0 binaries for Win32 that were posted recently
contain a minor packaging mistake. The MIB text files
were erroneously installed in the c:\user\mibs directory.
If you wish to have better decodes of SNMP packets, you can
move all the files in that directory to c:\usr\mibs.

Or, you can use the new setup executable which has
that problem fixed. It is at
