[ethereal-announce] Ethereal 0.8.11 Win32 Binaries

After a long delay in getting my NT machine up and running,
the Win32 binaries for Ethereal 0.8.11 are now available at:

http://ethereal.zing.org/distribution/win32

The 20000805 version of GTK+ for win32 is used in this distribution.
It can be downloaded from the same URL.

Also available at that URL is a file called "win32-README.txt" It
has a better explanation of what is neeed to run and or compile
Ethereal for Win32.
