[ethereal-announce] Ethereal 0.8.10 Win32 binaries

The Win32 binaries for Ethereal 0.8.10 are now available at:

http://ethereal.zing.org/distribution/win32/

>From that site you can also download the required 20000416 version
of GTK+ for Win32.

The ethereal-0.8.10-capture.zip archive has an Ethereal binary
that is capable of capturing network traffic. To do so, you need
the WinPcap driver. The link to that package is available on the
same site.

The ethereal-0.8.10-non-capture.zip archive has an Ethereal binary
which does not capture traffic, so no extra driver needs to be
installed.  It can still read trace files made by other products,
however.
