[ethereal-announce] Ethereal 0.8.8 Win32 Binaries

The Win32 binaries for Ethereal 0.8.8 are available at:

http://ethereal.zing.org/distribution/win32

They still use the 19990828 Win32 GTK+ distribution. I hope to use the newest
Win32 GTK+ distribution for the next Ethereal release.
