[ethereal-announce] Ethereal 0.6.1

My first attempt at releasing Ethereal, and I make a silly packaging
mistake. Thanks to hsawhney@xxxxxxx for noticing some missing files. I
learned a lot about automake tonight. A side-effect of 0.6.1 is that the
rules for compiling wiretap are smarter.

Included in ethereal-0.6.1 are new instructions on how to compile
ethereal on Tru64.
